When the precision driver (bundle) originally dropped last month, the ship by date was “September 30th” for all orders. I see on the store it says “by or earlier than November 2nd” now. 
 

I was part of the “September 30” crew and I haven’t gotten any emails about delays / shipping update / etc. 

 

I was hoping the team sees this post and can update everyone in one place instead of me having to reach out to support directly.

Man I should post on these forums more often, yall are fantastic. Been lurking since the early days and lost access to my first account. This was back in the day when roboform was *the* pw manager
 

Anyway, appreciate you both for letting me know there was a notification. I expected the Store team to be on top of their shit but I also assume they are very busy from this drop and shit happens. 
 

I use Proton and for some reason I never got this email. I am going to assume it was some stupid delivery issues cause #email.

I do have another question if you guys or anyone else might know, is the store team willing to add items to an order that’s been delayed?
 

(in case the store team sees this) Since the driver order, the new lids have dropped and I would like to add two to my order so I’m not paying for shipping for a single order with two lids.

As far as I know, they are. I'm sure it depends on the status of the order, but I recall reading this info. on the forum, a while back. You should definitely send an email to support, for exact information on the subject. A DM to @Adam Pilolla or a tag here, might also help. Have a great day !
