Budget (including currency): Around 1600 USD

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Lots of modded games, (Risk of Rain 2, Minecraft, Terraria, Baldur's Gate 3) want to be able to play more intensive games without much struggle but I don't really plan on getting super big graphics on like, Forza.
Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mfttcH

I already have any peripherals I need, generally playing at 1440p would be nice but I don't super care. This is my first build as mentioned so any advice on parts and such would be appreciated!

Replace cooler with the spirit EVO, noctua is good but overpriced ngl.

Also change that ram to black, aesthetics police might report you.

Case is on a more expensive side, but I think it's fine.

With the leftover money from the changes, you should have enough for a 7900GRE. Good gpu.

EDIT : even better now, didn't notice the scalped 7800X3D US prices !!

The ram comes in black, but its only white on PCPartPicker so it looks odd. Appreciate the advice though! Anything about the power supply? So far its the item I'm least sure about.

Here's what I came up with:

7700x is good, 7800x3d is preferable, but the price is really high right now, the 7700X will still handle your pc no problems.
changed the noctua to a spirit evo, as i said, noctua's a bit overpriced.
Motherboard's good.
Don't forget the memory in black.
Probably one of the better SSD's you can get. It's fast, it's at a great price and has a dram cache. You could get a gen5 ssd but honestly, dont bother.
Get any 7900GRE you can, it's a killer gpu for 1440p. Just make sure you get a 3 fan for best cooling and review the said GPU. Never know what could be wrong with it until others or you have tried it.
Kept the case as is, since that's your choice.
I went with the 850x, gives you a bit more headroom for upgrades, and it's an overall good PSU in my personal opinion.

Black memory modules  https://pcpartpicker.com/product/2JLFf7/teamgroup-t-force-delta-rgb-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr5-6000-cl30-memory-ff3d532g6000hc30dc01

The Seasonic Focus model selected is very good. However it is an older model and is not ATX 3.x compliant. For just a few $ more one can get an equally good ATX 3.x compliant model, just not one that is Seasonic branded.

Alright! Going through all the suggestions I've ended with this list. It's more expensive- but only because its going towards a nicer GPU which is great. I've checked everything and it seems like it all fits and works together now. I very much appreciate the help! Any thoughts on this now?

The CPU cooler outer fan extends over the memory area. Which means that the memory RGB lighting will be at best partially obscured.

The memory modules are ~46 mm tall. Normal clearance under the CPU cooler is ~42 mm. While the outer fan can be adjusted upwards (presuming case clearance) using low profile memory modules makes more sense.

The 2021 RMx models are not ATX 3.x compliant.
