So I got a new Radeon rt 6800. Now the issue I am having and I am suspecting my PSU isn't enough.

My system is listed below.

Ryzen 7 5700x

MSI x470 Gaming max motherboard

Radeon RT 6800 16GB
32GB DDR 4
3 * 7200 rpm Hard drives
2 * 1TB nvme SSD's

650W Bronze Corsair PSU

Finding out from you guys before I buy a bigger PSU.

I'm sure it's not the PSU's problem. Where did you install the OS?

Your recommended PSU wattage is 525 WATTS

https://www.coolermaster.com/en-au/power-supply-calculator/

This is calculated under full load, but its possible a PSU may not perform under its advertised specs if its of low quality, whats the model? Has it had any reported problems from users?

Going off what Chips said, is the health of your drives good?

Did you DDU your old graphics drivers before installing the new card and it's up to date drivers? If not I'd recommend running a DDU then installing Adrenalin to get the latest drivers and software for the 6800. If it's still crashing a detailed description of what happens when it crashes would be helpful to try and pinpoint it.

It's crashing under load, just when I do a 3d Mark time spy, on a undervolt it completes with a decent score (17k)

Cyberpunk 2077 maxed out with RT enabled (won't recommend that on a radeon card though) I get 35 fps, no crashing.

Baldurs Gate 3 maxed out, 120 fps, no crashes.

Event viewer doesn't report an error 😞

Latest motherboard Bios? Latest SSD firmware?

Temperatures under load?
