Wierd internet issue- Please help

I have gigabit fiber internet from my ISP, yet my internet usage is inconsistent. Sometimes web pages take a long time to load, requiring a refresh for them to show up. Services like YouTube and Spotify occasionally hiccup or buffer, making overall internet usage feel clunky.

My connection setup is as follows: ISP box outside of my building → Fiber cable → GigaPoint 803G Fiber Optical Network Terminal Modem → CAT6 → MSI RADIX AX6600 Router → CAT6 → PC with a gigabit port on an X470 motherboard.

I'm not sure if I'm missing a setting or something. The ISP says everything looks good, but web browsing and streaming videos have been a horrible experience.

I've tried both Firefox and Chrome, and I also checked if it was a DNS issue by using 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 to see if that fixes anything.

Games like World of Warcraft and other online games, as well as Steam downloads, are working perfectly fine, though.

You tried another computer on your network to rule out software issues ?

Yes its multiple devices  TV, Tablet, Laptops etc

What about a different router?  Or if that’s not possible try plugging your ONT directly into your PC and see if there’s a change?

the current router is the "different router"  i just bought this router a week ago to try to fix this issue the previous router  had the same issues

both routers used the "wizard" to Auto config  after that the only thing i did was change the default passwords and the SSID   

Having QOS on or off dosent fix anything   i got the MSI router becuse it was reviewed fairly high and the AI QOS sounded interesting to me

ill try to screen record the issues later today to see if a visual will help in understanding

Ill try plugging directly into the ONT directly and report back as well

UPDATE: ok did a  direct connection and its 100% the router  ill have to go threw and manually configure it not sure exactly what the issue might be.

the ISP told me to do the auto configure when i set up my router
