-Im upgrading from a really old pc (i5 4570, 1050ti, 16gb 1600mHz ddr3)

-the pc should be finished for the release of msfs2024 (nov 19th) but I want to buy the components in the next 2 months depending on sales etc.

-I dont need any new peripherals or monitors etc.

-I dont need any RGB either, it just costs more. if i do decide to get rgb i can do so...

I'd probably go with an air cooler like the Peerless Assassin over an AIO
The sweet spot for RAM is (I think) 6000 CL30 so I'd shoot for that

Otherwise looks nice

That AIO is not good.  Get an Arctic Liquid Freezer AIO instead or a Peerless Assassin SE120.

Ram sweetspot is 6000Mhz CL30 as mentioned by @OddOod  :7200Mzh is going to be difficult to run on AM5.

 

Rest looks solid.

No serious issues. Although getting the memory stable at advertised speeds may prove challenging.

 

Consider using an air tower cooler.

 

Consider using DDR5-6000 CL 30 memory.

 

Consider a case that doesn't need additional fans.
