Need Some help for upgrades

Hi All,

 

This is my current build, was thinking to upgrade CPU to AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D, wanted to know if it is worth upgrading.

Honestly I don't feel like the need to upgrade but just need to know if this is the part to upgrade or if the CPU is causing any bottlenecks.

 

AMD Ryzen 5 3600     
Nvidia RTX 3060 
Samsung 970 Evo NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB x2
Kingston A400 480GB    
Corsair CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 4x8GB    
Asus ROG CROSSHAIR VIII HERO x570

 

Also thinking about adding more storage, like 1 TB of 980 Samsung(3500) m.2 instead of 1 of the 500.

 

Any advise would be appreciated, i tried to do benchmarks and compare but the numbers didn't feel that impressive and i want to get real answer as I feel I am missing technical info  .

The Ryzen 3600 and RTX 3060 is a good pair and are nicely balanced.

If you plan on getting a faster GPU I also recommend getting the 5700X3D.

 

I dont see the need to upgrade if you are keeping the 3060.

You would get better 1% and 0.1% with the 5700X3D over the 3600 but max framerate might be lower than expected due to the 3060.
