laptop model is a OMEN Laptop 15-ek1013dx (350D5UA)

gpu temp isn't over 50 degrees C  and the usage is not that high either it happens on any games

what I have already tried-

-disable hardware acceleration

-all available Nvidia drivers with a clean install with ddu

-fresh windows install(fixed it for a day)

-updating bios

-windows file checker

-changed all power management to max performance

-disabled windows game mode

-changed pcie off of power saving mode

-charger is connected

 

 

 

looking for some saving grace please help

Hi Im the one with the issues my friend made this for me while i was working

To answer your question it seems to happen on any game i play so far, It varies from crashing on start, to crashing 10mins later.
I use Riva and MSI afterburn to monitor performance and temp and for some of the smaller games GPU and CPU stays bellow 50C(GPU) and 70C(CPU)

That's for Satisfactory witch runs on Unreal 5 as well for so extra info
each crash is different but must if not all that actually post an error say GPU Crash Dump,
One of the only games I've played for an extensively amount of time and hasten had any issue so far is Rim world witch is a story Gen and use's mostly CPU

Do you have any stuff like FSR or DLSS turned on in any of your games that crash? Also maybe try going back on your gpu drivers, see if that helps.
