Security cam software recommendations?

I'm setting up some security cameras at my house and I want everything to be local. I have the hardware but I'm not sure what software is a good option. I have 3 cameras (Reolink RLC-810A 4k) that I'm planning to run over POE with a gigabit switch from TPLink. I'm planning to run it all connected to a storage server I'm building up for homelab things. 

 

Blue Iris looks interesting to me and seems to have everything I need but I have no experience with this and wanted some seccond opinions on cam software. I doesn't need to be free but please no subscription software, I'd like to just buy a liscense.
