I would also suggest you look at an SSD with DRAM on it you can still use the SSD you priced out as a game drive.

I have Samsung drives in my systems and they run well.

I've gone a nudge over. Use included CPU cooler. Case already comes with 3 fans, 2 in the front, 1 in back. With as parts as cool as your PC, no need for extra airflow. A dedicated tower cooler for CPU would be of greater benefit than more airflow:
