CPU: Unless you plan on overclocking, and I assume you're not especially with that cooler, you should save yourself some money and just get the non X variant of the 7600X.

Memory: With DDR5 you should try and get a 6000 CL 30 kit if you can wing it unless you get an extraordinary deal on a different kit/its prohibitely expensive. Essentially the sweet spot for ram for AM5.

OS: You can save yourself about $100 by obtaining a key from... other sites. Obviously though if you're not comfortable with that, make sure you have a CD drive to actually use it.

From where i buy 7600 and 7600x has like 5$ difference thats why i went for it... So do you think its better to buy the 7600 with stock cooler and save the money by dumping the extra cooler? Also other people have reccomended buying Windows 11 from other sites, since i have no idea about that stuff can you give any advice regarding that. And can you reccomend a better GPU i can get with that extra $

Practically I would say it's worth saving the money with the 7600 and stock but nothing wrong with just having some niceties.

For the Windows, you can obtain Windows 10 and 11 keys from sites like G2A or kingwin or other similar sites for the $20-$30 range. You can also just not get a key and get an iso from the Microsoft site directly. You'll lose out on some personalization features like setting a background but nothing major and you won't even need to spend a cent then.

GPU: Off the top of my head you should look at the next tier up essentially, so the 7700XT or see if you can wing a 4070. Though if you can look around the used market for where you live that might be a worthwhile use of time for more bang for your buck. Alot of 6900XTs and the like going on the market.
