help replicate plex issue

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if anyone can help me replicate an issue I’m experiencing with Plex Media Server. Here’s a quick overview of my setup:

- Operating System: Pop OS running in a Proxmox VM
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050 with passthrough
- Additional Hardware: Intel iGPU only for testing
- Plex Media Server: Latest version installed
- Drivers: All drivers are up to date

Issue: Plex works fine for transcoding at maximum settings, but I’m encountering problems when transcoding one movie to 4Mbps 720p specifically on web browsers and the Plex app(on linux). Interestingly, transcoding works perfectly fine on the Roku app and the android app. Additionally, when added and switched to using the Intel iGPU with Quick Sync, transcoding played and worked without any issues.

What I’ve Tried:
- Tried web browser on windows
- Checking Plex settings and configuration
- Testing different browsers and clearing caches

I’m trying to pinpoint whether this issue is related to the web browser. Can anyone help replicate this issue? Just run player  on your web browser with only nvidia gpu for transcoding, run your highest bitrate movie and transcode to to 720p.
