dram Secure boot to bios

Hi Tech-experts
I have just build my first PC with all the components listed below,
the computer runs really smooth although whenever i go to turn my PC off and then turn it back on it wouldnt post to my screen after a bit of investigation i see that the motherboard goes into yellow/orange (im color blind) light at the Dram LED on my motherboard 
If i then turn my PC off after it not posting to my screen it will go to Secure boot into the bios but with no error code

Im really lost and i have no idea what the problem is or why it does that my RAM has been put into the slots A2 and B2

What happens if you wait like 15 minutes before booting up again ?

Does this happen if you try the Reboot instead of power off/power on option ?

It should not be dead yet, but you can try replacing the CMOS battery since it costs so little (standard cr2032 battery).

Do you have another drive you can try as boot drive ? These SSDs had some problems previously and can be the source of your issue.
