CPU FAN ERROR & MEMORY MANAGEMENT (BSOD)

Hello there folks im having trouble to my gaming pc the bsod keeps looping and cpu fans error everytime it shows up when i try to restart my pc after that i fixed it on bios switched to ignore and then another problem show up a memory management bsod and couldn't fix it 😞 can someone help me how to solve this problem thank you. (my english is bad xD)

you cougar cpu cooler are connected to the CPU FAN header?. 

 

second the bluescreen is a after crash screen. and seems like it's a problem with the hibernation file when trying to load again. 

 

I would hit F8 and start in safe mode, and turn off fastboot and hibernation in general, any sleep mode etc.
