Why does PDF995 install to x86 on one computer and then the same program installs outside of x86 on another computer?

Without going into the "weeds" on this inquiry, I need PDF995 to be installed in the same file location on two computers running Windows 10/11. As mentioned above, the program installs to x86 on one machine, while the program installs directly to C:\ on the other machine.

Edit:

Provided is a link to the installation files for the program mentioned.

I have this program installed correctly on six (6) other machines that are responsible for running/controlling high-pressure capsules, but I am having issues understanding why I was able get the program (PDF995) to install correctly on 6 out of 8 machines, where the two (2) machines I mentioned are installing the program to x86. All eight (8) machines are near-identical copies of each other, same version of Windows, same user permissions at the admin level.

I've removed your attachments, its not a good idea to share .exe files openly.

Was there something wrong with the .exe files?

General rule of thumb, dont open unknown .exe files.
