Wifi not loading specific websites

My home wifi network isn't loading specific websites like quora etc. when I try the same instead with mobile data it just loads with no problem. I'm aware that there are certain things I can change in the router settings page, but due to my lack of awareness about dealing with network or anything to do with it I'm seeking any sort of advice to fix this issue

Do you have any sort of network blocker etc. like Pihole?

 

Or are you just using a standard router, and if so, which router?

Another good thing to know is if it does this on one specific wifi or every wifi?

I'm using the router provided by my ISP (airtel, I live in India) I don't use any network blocker, and it only happens on my wifi network, not all of them

I believe that this could be fixed by adding the website urls to the allow list in the router settings page, but I'm not sure on how to do that.
