NZXT CAM is probably reporting 2666MT/sec since the MCLK would be running at 1333MHz to do so, what you're trying to apply is a 3200MT/sec profile.
I'm going to guess that running 4x16GB is the problem here, one or two of those DIMMs can't run stable at 3200MT/sec. Unless you need 64GB of RAM, I'd just run the two sticks.
