Hi, I was hoping we could put our brains together to help come up with a solution to my problem, here is my PC build.

B650 Gaming A ROG strix motherboard

NZXT 240mm RGB AIO KRAKEN ELITE

Case - Corsair 6500X Airflow

CPU - Ryzen 9 9900k

GPU - (Right now 6700xt ) Will be replaced to 7900 XTX

6 RBG Corsair Fans

PSU - 850W Corsair Gold Certified

RAM - 24GB 5200 DDR5 G SKILL

My problem is, I built the computer as I have done with many in the past. Everything seemed fine, and I pressed power on and the DRAM yellow/orange light came on, it stays on for about 30-40 seconds maybe a minute and then shuts down. It doesn't start back up, i've already reset the CMOS, i've tried repositioning the ram, along with trying 1 stick. Shouldn't be a PSU problem as everything turns on and looks as it's functioning correctly including all the RGB and more. CPU looks fine and the AIO is mounted firmly, I took it apart and repositioned the CPU just incase. I'm at a loss and very stuck, I've never used AM5 before so yeah I would love any ideas to try.

More things I have noticed as well would be, yes this is my first time building this specific computer. It has not booted since then, one problem could maybe be because I directly transferred over the SSD with windows without wiping it? Also my GPU fans are not spinning which looked odd to me.
