I have a 256 ssd in which I have installed UBUNTU and it has taken 30 gb of my entire disk and the rest of the space is free and I also have a 128 gb ssd where I want to clone my 256 gb ssd to 128 gb ssd. Is it possible to clone 256 gb ssd with the entire operating system in it to the 128 gb ssd.

I'm not clear what you are asking.

If you want to move the UBUNTU installation from the 256GB SSD to the 128GB SSD then yes you can do that.

As long as there is enough space on the destination drive to fit all the data on the original drive most cloning programs will do it easily. They ignore the free space.

If you're interested in a product please download and read the manual first.

Yes I want to clone 256gb UBUNTU drive to the 128 gb drive. The 256 gb drive has only 30 gb of used storage and my 128 gb drive is empty.

Yes, most clone software will be able to resize to fit the smaller drive.

But the safest way would be to resize partitions yourself.

For me I would boot to linux live image and use gparted to resize the  / root (or /home partition, or which ever partition is largest) so all partitions added together take up less than 128GB.
