Spoof camera on iOS

Hi,

So I have a weird question.

is there any way or any program which can disguise a picture as if I was using the camera? What I mean by that is f.e. I have a program that uses the camera but instead of showing what a camera sees it shows a picture but the program thinks it is using the camera.

I know snapchat has some filters like this and I don't know if it is possible to do it with other apps.
