I think the CM QuickFire comes in the format you requested. I think it's also backlit, not sure.

P.S. It's tenkeyless, not numberpadless.

Numberpad-less keyboards are also called TKL.(ten key-less)

CM Storm Quickfire TK is a great choice. But it's not green.

For the UK, Quickfire TK is good bet,  but doesn't have green LEDs.

Depending on the switch you get the LED changes.

Mx Blue - Blue LEDs

MX Red - Red LEDs

MX Brown - White LEDs

We don't really have many Tenkeyless board available to us here in the UK.

Think closest you would get would be either the Razer Blacksomething Tournament Edition, that uses the "Razer Switches". Though Razer isn't recommended that much for keyboards.

Or a Quickfire TK with Browns, and stick Green Colour changers over the White LEDs, though this will make the LEDs less bright.

i dont mind the lights being less bright so the colour changers will probably be best can i buy all the keys for it?

Swapping KeyCaps? Spacebar is very awkward, so only very few kits seems to support it in my experience.

The rest are fine, but the spacebar can look out of place if everything else is swapped.

It does confuse me that we have so little choice in TKL boards in general over here, US seems better in that regard, but import tax kinda kills of any desire to ship one over.

Just as every single other poster mentioned (literally) I would also go with the CM Quickfire. They have many tenkeyless choices, such as LED colors, MX-Switches type, etc. There are also more than just one CM Quickfire that would work - such as the TK as mentioned above.

Another great tenkeyless one is the DAS Keyboard. I don't remember the exact model - though I believe there is more than one - and these keyboards come with very high praise and great ratings.

Also, I believe there is a Ducky keyboard that doesn't have the numpad. (Ducky Shine series, I believe)

Just found that the Quickfire Rapid-i is on pre-order at overclockers here.

White backlight so should be able to stick some green LED covers over it. Example, not fully green, but my TK. ( LED Covers will run you like £8~ shipped from China from somewhere like Banggood, or BuyChina)

And Rapid to my knowledge has completely standard key cap sizes, allowing for full swapping.
