Advice needed for laptop purchase

Hi everyone, as the title suggests, I'm in the market for a new laptop. My current budget + the country that I live in means I don't have the same wealth of options that those in North American and Europe do. Regardless, I've found a laptop I'm interested in. It's an HP Zbook Fury 15.6 G8, but it's not the top spec model. The specs it has are the following:

 

• Intel i7-11850H
• 32GB RAM 3200 MT/s
• 512GB SSD
• NVIDIA Quadro T1200 (4GB VRAM)
• 1920 x 1080, 60 Hz

I understand that this is a yesteryear model, but it's what I can afford right now, and it'll be the first laptop I purchase in five years. I wanted to know how good the laptop is, not just based on its specs but in terms of its build quality, etc. So, if anyone has any experience with this laptop, I'd love to hear from you.

Cooling won't be the best because it's a business workstation, so expect some thermal throttling or lower TDP for CPU and GPU to keep it cool and be loud.
