explorer.exe - Application Error

This is driving me crazy, I have tried all kinds of error checking, and nothing returns data 
about this.
The only thing I haven't done yet is test the RAM individually.

This error occurs occasionally when shutting down the system.

To take into account: 
After playing any game I have to manually close NVIDIA FPS (ALT+R) and it usually coincides 
with the error, however not always.

Any ideas?

FYI, there is some WILDLY weird formatting on your post

It could be a corrupted windows install. Have you tried doing a SFC/DISM?
