pc building Middle easterner's First Timer build, need help

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 

This PC will be a Ryzen+NVIDIA PC. based on my research, ryzen 5000 CPU's have shown to be cheaper than intel 12th gen and 7000 series are still  expensive here. And NVIDIA seems too have the best support with LLM but i could be wrong. This PC will be shared between me and my sibling who works as an architect .So the main uses of this PC are: 

- 3D architecture rendering
    - Programs such as D5 render, Vray and Lumion 
- Virtualization/programming
- LLM training

Other details:

I am not much of a gamer, played all my life on console. I might hop on with my friends occasionally to play minecraft or COD:warzone. I already have a mouse and keyboard, just planning on buying the monitor.

Sorry, forgot to add the motherboard. I am considering the Gigabyte B450M DS3H WiFi-Y1.
