Hey yall, figured I would ask the internet before I bring my pc to a shop.

Currently my pc is hanging (cant move mouse nothing just frozen screen, audio completely cuts out or glitches) requiring me to hold power button. The hangs can happen from 6 seconds after booting to around 20 minutes. Also I have had issues posting recently where its only a black screen again requiring a power cycle and it will often loop back into the black screen

Also when the system is about to hang i will see noticeable lag in the cursor and system and audio will jitter.

Before this began I was having BSOD for bad nvidia drivers but since I ddu'd and clean installed the drivers I haven't  had a BSOD if it matters.
Currently I have
1. DDU'd and clean installed nvidia drivers
2. Flashed newest bios for mobo
3. Memtest86 both sets of my ram 16gb and 64gb
4.Checked ssd (64% 4 years old) and hdd health with crystal disk
5. Clean installed windows

Current specs are as follows

Windows 10 pro 64bit

Ryzen 5 5600x
Gigabyte b450 I aorus pro wifi mini itx (newest bios f66b i believe)
Nvidia 3080 ti
Corsair 750x 2021
Oloy 64gb ram 2x32 or teamgroup 16gb ram 2x8

Honestly at this point i feel like it might be the cpu but I would like to hear other opinions. Sorry for formatting on my phone cause pc is out of commission.

remove the ram and run it with a single stick alone in the machine , try each stick by itself , see if it stays stable in that configuration.

the point of this test is to see if the system has an issue using multiple ram sticks that otherwise might have no issues themselves but have issues with this specific board/cpu.

I would assume it would be the CPU. I had this issue a while back with my Ryzen 5 2600x. I never figured out why it was doing this but I assume something internally on the CPU just stopped working as expected.

Also edit to this when I start after being off for a bit my pc my fans run fast like REALLY fast to the point it sounds like it would take off, but thermals are fine, i would have to reset the rig after and it usually would go away and back to normal

Do you have a multimeter to check the CMOS battery voltage? Or outright replace the CMOS battery?

What does Hard Disk Sentinel say about your SSD? Is there a firmware update for the SSD?

I don't have a multimeter to test the cmos battery voltage nor replacement for the cmos, attached is the hard disk sentinal screenshotsspacer.pngspacer.png

Currently doing this, I have my 8gb stick in the left dimm slot so far i havent crashed after around 20 minutes of uptime, Ill report back if and when it crashes.

Though I am wary because ive had times it doesn't crash for a day or two

Welcome to the forums!
I'd recommend doing runs of SFC/DISM to see if there are any corrupted files
Do a spot check on your temps to make sure your thermal paste doesn't need replacing
Use Bluescreenview to see if your BSODs are being triggered by some specific process
Use HWMonitor to check if your voltages are in ATX Spec

Get a replacement battery. Those are extremely cheap.

Done a sfc / dism scan and it was fine.

on the other hand I checked out that bluescreen viewer you reccomended and even though i didn't get a BSOD it made a mini dump file calling out my display drivers again, BUT it called out directX drivers

You did get a BSOD, you just didn't see it because it's the GPU freezing. With a 0x116 (Video_TDR_Failure) you don't really have to look at the minidump. This crash means that the GPU wasn't responding, Windows reset the driver, but the GPU was still not responding. This is very often a faulty GPU, but you can try DDU

OP already DDU'd

I'd say that you might have a dying GPU, though I'd 1000% reseat it and double check the voltages as previously I recommended because the PSU is *very* marginal, depending on what the actual model is (there is no just plain Corsair X model I can find, though I'd assume it's a C tier CX-M)

Reseated the card and tried DDU again but in safe mode instead. So far no crashes for the past 2 days so hopefully it stays thats way. Thanks for the help.
