Guys I need help

I'm use a laptop and i have a monitor and its running a dual monitor setup

My monitor supports 75Hz refresh rate , When i started using i put it on 75Hz and its works just fine,  in ufo tester also it shows 75hz, and  i could really feel the difference   , but not its only sunning at 60Hz no matter what i do its  just 60Hz.  by the time i write this forum i test by making the external monitor to show only  in 2nd / make the 2nd as main display then the ufo shows 75 and a drag and droped to the integrated monitor this show 60, perfect ! . sa soon as i change back the settings to integrated as the main display and put the external to extend it is back to 60Hz in both . Im sad

one thing is that i've tried  CRU .Is that the problem ?

Help me to get my 75Hz back .

If you are using Chrome - it can only work up to 60hz. Despite it using a higher refresh rate monitor. Many users have reported across multiple forum pages that they have a 144hz display and when they do use UFO Refresh they are also reporting that it only reads up to 60hz.

If your Windows settings is reading it as 75hz I would trust that more. If you are really unsure if it's running at 75hz. Run a game and use V-Sync. It should cap to what your refresh rate is to the monitor. If it's truly running at 75hz it should be at a 75FPS Cap.

What exactly is the problem?

Is the display somehow no longer displaying 75Hz or something?

Is the display not set to 75Hz in Windows?

Do some games that allow custom Hz not recognize/use 75Hz?
