make sure ran is in slot a2 and b2. Clear CMOS and make sure to mount gpu before firing up. Also make sure to plug monitor into the GPU and not the motherboard.

Hi i have a gigabyte b650 eagle ax when I turn it on The vga light turn on I remove the gpu and when I turn it on the vga light is still on 

when I power it on for the first time i accidentally turn it off and on really fast
