How do I fix my GPU?

I overclocked my GPU in msi afterburner, the 2 sliders in the middle I slid to the max to see if my 4080 could do it then everything crashes with static on my monitors, I reset the bios but I think the GPU is still overclocked as every time I turn on my PC it loads in then it freezes and blue screens before I can physically open afterburner and turn off the "over clocking", I'm soft locked out of my PC what do I do?

Start the PC in safe mode and uninstall afterburner.
