PC specs list on the Bottom.

Hey There

I recently got these graphic glitches/artifacts. Ading to that, i cant get into the Bios. The Status LEDs on the Mobo dont show any error. Heres a lust if what i tried to fix, but did not help.

-replaced the cMos battery

-replaced the displayport cable

-tried a hdmi cable

-switched the gpu to the second pcie port

-tried a new gpu on both pcie ports

-cleaned and reseated the ram slots, pcie slots and gpu contacts

I tested other devices om the screen, screen is not the problem.

My conclusion is that my motherboard must have some sort of fault. Did you ever have a similar problem? What can I test to further narrow down the problem?

Pc/set up List

Screen: Asus Pg27aqdm

Gpu: gtx 1080ti

Cpu: amd ryzen 5 3600

ram: 2x16gb corsair vengeance lpx

mobo: asus tuf gaming x570-plus (wi-fi)

psu: 550w bequite straight power 11

i saw this artifact issue on ryzen cpu before - it was damaged. There is a small cahnce that its just some dirt too but small chance tho its easy to test.

Just take out cpu and put back in. If it doesnt work %99 percent its cpu.

how its goin mate ? hope my post helps. Maybe drop a like or follow ? >w<

Really you want to give up so easily? Most likely this issue is software related. I would suggest updating BIOS using USB flashback to bios version 4802. After use built in utility in BIOS to update to 5003.  Then at first boot, disable armoury crate in BIOS. Make sure CSM is disabled as well (legacy boot). Save and exit (F10+enter). Then uninstall armory crate using armoury crate uninstall tool: https://www.asus.com/supportonly/armoury crate/helpdesk_download/

After restart the PC. You might want to update chipset drivers as well: https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/chipsets/am4/x570.html

Ok, so after updating firmware on DP it did that?

Did you try to clear CMOS?

No, i resrated the cpu. And i already changed the cmos battery twice. I think its either the mobo or cpu thats broken. Either way its too much work/money to fix a 5yrar old pc. Ill just try to sell my 1080ti. Thanks for your help.
