Razer Huntsman mini Heating problem

Hello, i bought a razer huntsman mini with red optical switches december of 2023, i have noticed in the last few days the keyboard board (i think) has been heating up by itself when the system is off, connected to power and psu turned on, it heats up the metal plate, i can feel it under the spacebar, and in the center back under the sticker, should i worry? is there anything i can try? should i replace the keyboard? Any help is appreciated

Contact Razer support and unplug the thing when you are not using it. 

 

Sounds like a potential electrical defect, they should cover it if it is from within the last year. Don't leave it plugged into power when you are not using it (or even stop using it) until you have confirmation from Razer that this is normal.

 

Unlikely as it may be, you'd feel pretty stupid should that thing cause a house fire. Not worth it.
