Screen freezing

I've had this problems a few weeks now, i will preface this by saying i don't know what causes it or what i can do to troubleshoot it because it is very weird. The FIRST TIME i turn on my pc, my screen will randomly freeze when i'm loading up a game (valorant, league of legends, call of duty, doesn't matter the game), i can still hear sound in my headphones, my screen monitor just freezes and i cannot press anything to make it working again. Therefore i force shut down the pc with the power button, load up again and from now on till the end of the gaming session everything will work completetly fine and i will not get anymore freezes.

This problem started happening a few weeks after i installed a new ssd ( crucial p3 m.2) but i don't think this is the problem as the problem didn't instantly happen.

Any tips of how i can troubleshoot this and figure out what causes it?

MY PC:

CPU: i9 9900k overclocked to 4GHZ

RAM: 16 GB DDR4

GPU: msi rtx 2070 super
TLDR: computer freezes when im loading up a game only the first time i boot into windows, it doesn't freeze any other time.

Have you updated all the relevant drivers?

Is the new SSD you main one with Windows on it or a second drive?

All drivers are updated. Yes the new SSD is now the main one that boots Windows

It's not that big of an issue if your PC freezes on times where you don't get  to seenything other than a loading symbol or a loading screen.
