Intel SRT and RAID 0

So I'm looking into SRT for my new Motherboard. I see people talking about a 64GB limit, and some people are saying you can't use a RAID 0 array as your SRT drive. However, everything I'm finding that is official documentation is neither confirming nor denying the 64GB limit nor the RAID 0 array setup. Does anyone here know if it would be possible to run 2 64GB drives in RAID 0 and use it as your SRT cache?
