No.

Unless noise is an issue, and even then, switch to Noctua fans.

If you aren't overclocking then no. Those are good temps too. Unless ya want to show off then stick with air cooling ^.^

I had very cool temps with air cooling on my non OC'd system but I had a very hard time keeping the temps below 55C (AMD have a lower thermal threshold than Intel) when the weather outside was hot. I would run stock cpu speeds for the summer and do everything I could not to over tax my system. It always seemed to just keep climbing to over 60C on some hot days.I added my first loop with a XSPC kit. It worked much better at maintaining a max thermal threshold in the hot weather, meaning it would get to 55c, but no more , I could OC my cpu in the summer and not see my temps go over 57C. I think it was worth it. I have replaced parts of that XSPC kit over time, and this year I will replace the cpu block with a new one.It is a hobby, and it is expensive..I am still formulating a plan on how to tell my wife about the new cpu block..but for me, it is worth every penny.

Your best effort is the easiest thing to give to someone else..
