Other details

Parts I have:
M.2 NVME
Seasonic TX700 Prime Titanium Fanless PSU (from my old PC)

Monitor (Dell AW3821DW)
Peripherals I have 馃檪

So the thing is, I want to put this computer into a camper, next year but all I have now is just a Intel NUC with a i3.
The problem with a camper is that it has lets say 5.3kWh battery, after Inverter loss it's more like 5kWh.
On the 5kWh there are many things also drawing power, fridge, lights, inverters, battery heating sensors, water temp sensor, home assistant etc. It has solar panels too, but still I have a limited amount of power to use. So for gaming FPS/Watt at minimum 1080p all low avg 144fps.

My options are, Desktop PC or a Laptop. I could also build a Desktop PC with Laptop specs, I could also get a APU build with no GPU.

A) I can get a APU build something like:
- 8700G
- DDR5 32GB 6000Mhz CL 40-40-40-77 1.1v
- AsRock B650M-HDV/M.2

B) a Laptop
- RTX 4060
- i5 12500H or i7 12700H

C) a desktop with laptop specs
- i5 12400F
- RTX 4060
- DDR5 32GB 5600Mhz CL46-45-45 1.1 V
- AsRock B750M PG Lightning

D) Barebone with a 8700G APU

I know undevolding, PBO, overclocking etc. I can do it on a Desktop PC but not on a Laptop.
I don't really need a Laptop but wouldn't be bad to have a laptop, I mean would be nice to sit in a coffee shop and do some programming but not really a must.

If you know something helpful write it down, really thankful for anything that helps.

#edit
About the price, if there is an option for example to build a 2000euro PC that is then even 50% faster(therefore also more efficient) I could take it into consideration.

Maybe this is a good option? https://store.minisforum.de/products/bd

ryzen 7945HX (16c/32t) with 100w tdp, I think rtx 4060 also fits in price

cheaper than ryzen 7900 + motherboard

This is actually cool 馃槃 I have done a undervolting on a 7950x, 8% less performance in multicore (CB R24) but 95Watt peak power draw on all cores.
