Need Help With New Build

Go to solution Solved by Silver Knight,

@srcds I'd personally go with first choice. With it you get a nice GPU, nice overclocking Mobo and a nice CPU for gaming, and after that i would save some money for 1600 x 900 monitor (270 would work a a lot better on that resolution than on 1080p!), but beware that AM3/+ is a pretty much a dead socket, so if you're not thinking of changing your CPU, Mobo and maybe RAM when you do the next upgrade, better go with option 2...

If you want immediate results, go with option 1, if you want to "future-proof" go with option 2!

Hi,

Im in a choise , i can buy an amd fx 6300 , an r9 270(non x) , and an asus m5a97 evo r2.0 , for gaming

Or , an a10-7850k , some fm2+ motherboard , no video card , cooler master hyper 212 evo , a new monitor , and some other stuff,

i would pretty much like to max out games in the future , if the apu´s support r9 270 or higher....

So should i go with choise 1 or 2 , because if i buy an apu i can game some things at low-medium at decent frames....and have a new monitor , instead of having this 1280x1024 vga old monitor , i could probably buy some new speakers aswell , if i go with the apu!
