Old computer CD latch

Hi!

I have an old Dell Optiplex GX620 SFF computer. I got it from my granny's closet. The CD drive was gutted out at one point, due to being broken. I have found a replacement, and I will order it if I can solve this issue. The little blue clip (and the spring that goes along with it) were loose in the case, so I took them out, not thinking much of it. Now I realised that I would have to put them back, but I have LITERALLY NO IDEA how they're supposed to go into the case. I know the general position of the clip due to ancient teardown videos on YT, but I wasn't able to find any footage of where the spring goes.

If anyone out there has this same computer, or you have an idea of where these parts could go in this computer, please tell me
