thin installation - windows 10

Hey guys , 

some friend told me that i can install windows 10 in a more clean and thin way , without all the questions , setting user name , cortana etc.. 

He told me something about xml file...

if you make your bootable usb through rufus you can disable most of what youre talking about

you can create a custom ISO with something called an "answers" file, that essentially fills out the questions for you.
