It should be fine, but removing the RAM is cheap and easy peace of mind. (There's always the chance of the plastic retainers opening up or breaking, especially if your RAM has a fancy, heavy heat spreader.)

 

You'll want to reseat the RAM anyway once you get to wherever it is you're going.

unless any MB metal connections are touching the case, the static E does nothing I think,

 

much more concern when moving is CPU cooler and GPU

Yeah you can probably leave in everything but the GPU and cooler, especially air tower coolers... an AIO might be fine but i'd still remove it if that's what you have

if the handling is careful, it's okay to leave everything in,

 

but for like shipping through logistics service or whatever, or if you want to be extra careful, you remove the beforementioned parts
