Hello,

I've been using the HyperX cloud 2 wired version and they will randomly die. The audio will just get killed and I can't hear anything, sometimes a short crackle and then no audio. When this happens I can see in the volume player that the audio is coming in but there is no audio in the headphones. If I go to the settings and turn on and off mono audio or change device it fixes it temporarily. I have a MBP for work and this issue doesn't happen only on my windows 11 machine. This could happen twice in 10 minutes or not happen for 8 hours. I've tried so many things to fix it but to no avail, any help or suggestions are massively appreciated. A list of things I've tried.

  • Updating the firmware and ensuring its for the correct model. I have the HP made ones.
  • Reinstalling windows 11 keeping my files
  • Removing realtek audio, had it before doesn't seem to make a difference
  • Windows 11 troubleshooter
  • Changing USB port
  • Updating drivers
  • Updating any drivers using gigabye control center.
