Budget : 800$ USD before tax

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Heavily modded mc, SOTF, Ark, and helldivers.

The pc Case is preferably pink i have put together a list the cheapest i could get it but i found a pc on amazon and wonder if i should just get that. Need Wifi And BT card. Micro Atx is fine as well

Do not buy the craptastic Amazon machine.

The only Core I7 that is a quad is the 7700k from 2015.  Unless that's a typo, but I can't find what exactly the CPU is.

 

If you cut yours to a 5600 and not the 5600x, it's basically the same thing and saving money.  Also, the 3060 is a dog.  If you want the same or slightly better performance get a 6650XT for $220.  

 

For under $800, roughly as good/better than what you listed...  gives you room to drop a 5700X3D or 5800X3D in later, and the PSU supports lots of GPU's later as well.

Now, if you can throw in more money now, I'd look at an entry level AM5 system with a Ryzen 7600.
