Sim rig 30 (10m) feet from PC

I have a DIY sim rig about 25ish  feet from my PC currently I just use it to play GT5 but I would like to dip my toes into iracing and Le mans ultimate and use the same rig. It wont fit in the small office the PC is in. So I would like to be able to get at least a 1080P preferably 4k video signal off the PC and connect over that distance with usb 3.0 for my 1080p webcam/wheel/keyboard/mouse

 

I'm thinking some sort of fiber optic USB and HDMI cable or perhaps a sort of IO bridge of fiber when you have in essence to usb hubs where one side has inputs and the other output connected by fiber optic.

 

Is there a way to accomplish this reliably for a cost where it isn't just cheaper to buy a used midrange gaming PC. Say sun 300 dollars US?
