Hey guys

So today I was playing some csgo with some friends and suddenly my game tabbed out and a popup came up saying the catalyst driver had crashed but it was recovered.

I think this could be to do with head as this isn't the first time it's happened.

I'm using a HIS HD6850 in a fractal design core 1000 with only 1 intake fan.

The blower fan of the gpu is around 3 inches from the bottom of the case, so i think that it could be a problem.

I've used NZXT's CAM software and HWmonitor to look at the temps.

Before I cleaned my cpu the first time this was happening I was getting around 105 Degrees Celsius, pretty bad I know.

But now I'm getting high 70s/low 80.

Has anyone got any ideas to how I could fix this?

I could get a picture of my case to show if it helps.

Thanks

Jem :)

Could you get an open side-panel shot of your case, to give us an idea of the air flow you're getting? Also this happened to me fairly often with my 7950, I wouldn't have to be gaming and the driver would just crash in Windows, it was weird, but after a while it just didn't occur any more.
