New section and wiki

I may be blind but do we have a game emulator section? Also maybe we should post a wiki on github which consists of a large catalog of topics from troubleshooting to specific niches like NASes, GPUs, OSes, etc. Something like a tech wiki if that makes sense.

Emulator topics are very close to grey area. We do allow discussion, but no sharing of ROMs or specific ways to circumvent copyright protection. Any topics are fine in PC Gaming or mobile gaming if emulator runs on iOS/Android.

Wiki was already discussed here

Considering people don't search before posting most of the time, having wiki that needs constant updates to be relevant seems rather pointless. And Wikipedia has the knowledge required for established facts.

Pretty funny that basically no company sells the games or the console and yet they still don't mark it as no a copyright or abandonware product, such bastards.

So far LMG has been fine with community/fan content when it's labelled as "unofficial" and there's no donations etc. asked using their branding.
