So if i were to get a case with the mobo standoffs on the left, would i have to install the mobo upside down.

 

Also does anyone know of one that has good cable management ties behind the mobo tray.

I think I've misunderstood what you meant originally, can you give an example of a case so I can look at a picture of it?

Oh yeah, in that case yes due to the position of the I/O you'd have to mount it upside down.

 

The PSU can often be mounted either way up in a case, that's why the label looks righted.

It's a reverse ATX orientation. You'd mount the mobo upside down

Tj07 by silverstone. It's big guys atx e atx motherboards has descent cable management. I have mine inverted whit a coldzero motherboard.
