So I've been stuck with

Intel Pentium E2200 2.2Ghz

recently got my hand on GTX 750 non-TI

and have ADATA SX900 250GB

CX430 PSU

and so far my upgrade is going for

CPU:  FX 6300 at $119.99

Mobo:  Asus M5A97 R2.0 PMed at $ 96.18

Case:   Corsair Carbide $57.99

HDD:    Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 500GB

RAM: Corsair CMV4GX3M1A1333C9 4GB $ 42.99

I am also buying DVD drive of

CD/DVD Drive:   Asus DRW-24F1ST because I do have lots of Disk backup that I need

Does this upgrade path look balanced enough?

Totaling before tax at CAD $ 392.13

also a GTX 750 is a very weak GPU if you intend to play modern games at 1080p consider upgrading that to GTX 760, GTX 770 or radeon r9 280, r9 280x...
