Mobo CPU light on

So I got a Gigabyte B760 gaming x ax D5 and an i5 14600kf to upgrade but I cannot get it to boot all cables are connected and there are no damages to the socket or cpu

 

I’ve flashed the bios of the motherboard to F8 version for compatability but when I do it, it sits for a while then turns off and will not turn back on, the Q flash light is off and the activity light on my usb stick is off too but it will not turn back on

 

the light will flash, then the pc will turn on, then after a while turn off

What are the full specs of your system

corsair rm1000 psu

arctic liquid freezer iii aio

Update I’m reflashing it and will try removing the cmos for a few mins
