I don't think you really need LAVFilter and you should stick to MPC-BE's internal filter. Reason is your soundbar has very limited support, from what I read for surround sound it only supports Dolby 5.1 audio format and not TrueHD, DTS, Atmos, PCM 5.1 and so on. If you attempt to play video with unsupported format, at least your internal filter would encode to AC3 and output your speakers as "Dolby". On the other hand LAVFilter doesn't support encoding so it outputs Stereo PCM which is what you're experiencing. 

 

There is alternative filter you could use is AC3filter, it can also encode audio to AC3 and has more features, but I haven't touched it in very long time and it is last updated in 2013.

Found Dolby home theatre v4 mod for PC. it works 5.1 .
