Help finding video

I was talking to someone about a commercial (I think it's a commercial anyways... it might just be a skit I saw on YouTube though) 

 

But it's the video where a dude is driving a red convertible in like Fargo or something and it's -40 degrees outside. And he is frozen to death with a huge smile on his face, and a cop walks up to him... 

 

Anyone know that commercial or video or where to find it? I've tryd everything on YouTube and Google and I can't find it....

There is this Miata ad, but not cop... Putting it here just incase there is a Mandela effect with the cop.
