5515 INSPIRON FIRMWARE TPM ISSUE

Good evening,

A friend has a Dell Inspiron 5515 with a Ryzen 7 5700U. The laptop originally came with Windows 11, so logically it should have TPM 2.0 enabled (firmware TPM specifically because it's an AMD CPU). However, it doesn't, and Dell has the setting locked in the BIOS. From threads on Dell's forums, I saw that some people had their motherboards replaced, but the laptop is out of warranty. Do you have any ideas? TPM is needed for Vanguard, Riot's anti-cheat solution.
