PC loses video signal and fans speed up

Hello like the title says, I've encounterd an issue regarding my system.

The first time it happend, is 1 day ago before creating this post.

So the "error" can happen anytime and it doesn't matter what exactly I'm doing and while i lose video output I can still hear whatever application was running for some time.

First the screen goes black and shows me that there is no video input and at the same time my fans start spinning up to 100%.

The error can happen anytime.
Only thing i can mention is the first time it happend was while playing manor lords, but the error happens now anytime
I've had times, where I could play for hours nothing and other times the PC was idling on the desktop and it happend.

Things I tried:

Looked online for suggestions and help, but couldn't really find anything to useful, but tried the stuff anyway

I looked in the event log to see if there was anything abnormal that could cause the error didnt find anything.

Some people mentioned it could be because of temps so I checked them while playing and doing nothing everything seemed normal to me.

GPU hotspot under load at 80 - 85 and CPU at 70ish
I check if the PCIe power connector was damaged or if I could find any damage on my card.
Couldn't find anything.

Updated all my drivers, installed newest windows updates.

Deep cleaned my pc, cause maybe some static build up, I don't know.

Any help would be much appreciated

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2080S
