While piracy is not allowed to be discussed, emulation is fair game. You do have your own legally-sourced ROMs, right? Right?!

 

Last time I emulated on my phone, I just used Retroarch. The interface was not very phone-friendly, but it's handy because one program does everything. You just have to install different "cores" for whatever system you are attempting to emulate.
